This policy explains what the Gavè mobile app (“Gavè”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and your choices. Gavè is operated by Lab80 Limited for the Gavè coffee shop. By using the app you agree to this policy.

How we use your information

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app — currently Supabase (secure backend and database), Stripe (payments), Apple and Google (sign-in and notifications), Sentry (crash and performance diagnostics), and our AI provider used to generate fal readings — and where required by law.

Retention

We keep account and loyalty data while your account is active. Bug reports and diagnostics are kept only as long as needed to resolve issues. You can delete your account and associated data at any time directly in the app (Profile → Delete account), or by contacting us at the address below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children

Gavè is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
